Stayed one night in January 2020 since there is a parking lot in the premise. It was very cold because it was on the mountain. There was only one small heater in the room. WiFi was fast. We chose a room with a bathtub, but the hot water was cold at night. The water was very hot in the morning, however the plug was broken and we couldn’t fill it in. When waking up in the morning, some cold water fell from the top of the bedroom (precisely the top of the bed). It seemed that they were repairing the roof or something. Staffs are very kind. The food in the restaurant was also delicious.

Al principio creí que me estafarían, porque cuando transferí me respondieron hasta el día siguiente, y me dio desconfianza. Pero el hotel esta muy lindo, las habitaciones son una chulada, muy limpias, y tiene una excelente vista hacia el Pico de Orizaba. Esta a 6-7 cuadras del centro, los precios de las habitaciones son super accesibles, los encargados de recepción son muy amables y solucionan los inconvenientes que lleguen a suceder. El único detalle es el agua caliente, esta super complicado regularla, sale muy fría o muy caliente. Le doy calificación 10/10, (bañarme con agua fría no es problema).
I've always loved the ambience of this place. We at the GTM/LMT project call it the "bird place". There are several cages of birds chirping in the courtyard. Good food, good drinks, good service. Nice little escape from the busy street
